Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days.

Delivery Time

The average delivery time is approximately 10 business days after shipment.

Delivery time does not include:

• February 10–24 (Chinese New Year holiday period)

• Customs clearance delays

• Force majeure events

Chinese New Year Notice

From February 10th to February 24th, our suppliers are closed due to the Chinese New Year holiday.
Orders placed during this period will begin processing after the holiday.
These dates are not included in the 3-day processing or 10-day delivery timeframe.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
