Return Window
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

Wrong Size Orders
A size chart is available on every product page.
If a customer orders the wrong size without reviewing the size chart, an exchange will only be processed upon payment of 30% of the total order value to cover handling and logistics costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.
We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once the return is approved and received, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
